Corpus Christi
Corpus Christi - this religious holiday commemorates the body of Christ and is celebrated by a procession on the ensuing Sunday. This particular procession, celebrated throughout Andalucia, is flower-filled and very colorful, as the townspeople drape flowers, shawls and blankets on their balconies - obviously the larger Andalucian cities have more flair, but the smaller towns still present their most traditional ways.
