Hello 👋 from Costatropical.net.
We believe in transparency and would like to disclose that we might earn an "affiliate commission" on certain products, tours, hotels, and various other travel-related links if you make a purchase by clicking a link on this site. It is important to note that THE PRICE YOU PAY WILL NOT CHANGE IN ANY WAY 👍.
First, we would like to say thank you. ❤️ 🙏 🙏 We appreciate you taking the time to come to our website and we hope that you find the content useful. We work hard to add the most up to date content on the Costa Tropical, Malaga, and Granada, an area that we love, and want to share it with the world. 🌍
As we live in this area and know it well, all the hotels, tours and content that we promote are services that are either known to us, ones that we use ourselves, or that we have researched for you and come highly rated / recommended.
How does it work? And how are you supporting the "little guy"... 🤷Here is an example of how this works. If you click on a hotel that we recommend and follow the link to Booking.com where you then make a booking... we will earn a small commission for that referral. Our commission does not come from the amount you pay. Our commission is paid to us by Booking.com out of the commission they make from the hotel.
When a hotel agrees to be listed on Booking.com, they also agree to pay Booking.com a commission for every booking they get through them. Booking.com in turn pays us a part of that commission if we refer someone to their site.
Booking.com might make a commission of between 20% and 25% of the total cost. They in turn will pay us around 4% of that amount. Enough to buy ourselves a nice cup of ☕ cafe! 😃
So, Thank YOU for supporting the "little guy"!!!!
What companies do we support...
We love to travel! And when we do we use the following companies to arrange our adventures... these are also the ones that we recommend to you...
|We have always used them and always will. We've never had a problem with a reservation and we love how the app keeps our trips so organized. They are the ONLY site we use for hotels.
|This is our favorite site for booking excursions and tours. They have a huge selection and are easy to use. We also recommend Civitis.com (because they are well-known in Spain and sometimes have tours that Viator might not) and GetYourGuide.com (we occasionally use them and have never had a problem but their selection is more limited).
|This is a great site for buying tickets to museums, amusement parks, zoos, and events ahead of time. We always check this site before we go somewhere and see what's available. You can buy the tickets before you go and present your mobile ticket to enter... skipping any lines!
|We like RentalCars.com because they are owned and operated by Booking.com (our favorite) but we also use AutoEurope.com to compare prices.
|We LOVE Airbnb too! If we are traveling with extended family, we always use them to find a larger place to stay.
Second choice would be VRBO.com.
NOTE: Entire homes and apartments can be booked on booking.com now!! Check it out ➜ Apartments on Booking.com
|Great site for finding cheap bus and train fares. You can also find discount flights.
And Amazon.com...This site is also a participant in the Amazon Services LLC Associates Program, an affiliate advertising program designed to provide a means for sites to earn income by linking to Amazon.com. For example, when we link to a product, if you click on that link and buy the product from Amazon (or even if you buy a different product) we will earn a percentage of the final sale. For books, this percentage is 4.5%. Once again, this does not affect the price you pay for any product from Amazon.
*** This is important. The above affiliate links will NEVER add any expense, fee, or charge to YOU, the purchaser. In simpler terms, the affiliate links do not change what you pay at all.
If you have any questions regarding the above, please do not hesitate to contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
