This fiesta in Málaga is 10 days long filled with fireworks, cabalgatas (horse-driven carriages and horseback riding), music, dance and of course a tremendous selection of traditional Andalucian and Malagueña dishes

The Feria is world-famous and in 2007 attracted over 6 million visitors who reveled in this centuries-old spectacle which began in 1487. It commemorates the re-conquest of Málaga by the Catholic kings and is the highlight of all summer festivals in Andalucia
