AquaTropic Water Park Getting There - Photos Aquatropic is a very popular water amusement park located on the seafront road running east from Almuñecar to Playa Velilla. The park is very well maintained, and recommended to kids of all ages. There is a wonderful supersized play pool for the smaller children and the adults will enjoy the larger, faster slides. Among other rides, Aquatropic has several rapids, a black hole, a hydrotube and a lake with waterfall and currents. A fulltime lifeguard is always on duty. There is also a designated green zone area available for rest and relaxation in the shade.
